Modalities Used for Maintenance Care:

- Interferential current (IFC) therapy delivers mild electrical stimulation to the affected area, helping decrease muscle spasms, and improve local circulation and muscle relaxation.
- Roller table therapy (intersegmental traction) uses a motorized table with moving rollers beneath the surface to gently mobilize the spine, improve flexibility, and relax paraspinal muscles.
